FAQ
Why is Kliara’s brushing technology different?
Kliara’s proprietary 48K BOOST motor brings you 48,000 strokes per minute, compared to the 30,000 to 40,000 that come standard in the leading sonic brushes. More strokes per minute offers a deeper clean and a whiter smile. Did we mention Kliara charges faster, lasts longer, brushes more quietly, and looks so beautiful on your countertop? Kliara was designed with you in mind.
Is the 48K setting okay for sensitive teeth?
Many people will feel comfortable with the 48K setting at first brush. However, we recommend working your way up to the 48K setting over time. That’s why we’ve provided multiple settings, including a Min, Med, and Sensitive setting. Once you fall in love with 48K, there’s no going back. For most people, this happens within 30 days.
Can I get Kliara wet?
Yes. Kliara is fully submersible in water and is IPX7 certified. Use it in your shower or while enjoying a bath.
How long should I brush?
Brush your top teeth for a minute and your bottom teeth for a minute. 30 seconds on the left and 30 seconds on the right. Kliara has a built in vibration timer that will tell you when to switch quadrants and when to stop. It will run for 2 minutes before turning off automatically.
What’s the Massage setting for?
We went above and beyond to bring you a little extra “Ahhh” in your toothbrush. Brush with the massage setting to send your gums to the spa, with pulsed vibration to gently stimulate and massage gums for improved gum health. Improving circulation and blood flow to your gums.
How do I charge my toothbrush?
Plug the Charging Base into an outlet. Then, place the handle on the charger. The battery indicator illuminates red when the handle is charging. After 12 hours the indicator light will illuminate blue, letting you know Kliara is fully charged.
How do I replace the battery?
The rechargeable battery inside Kliara cannot be replaced.
How do I clean my toothbrush?
After each use, rinse your toothbrush to remove toothpaste and any other yucky stuff left on the brush. If the Kliara handle gets dirty, wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
What are the different settings?
We have a range of different settings, including Min, Med, 48K BOOST, Massage, and Sensitive. 48K BOOST is our signature setting, which represents the highest sonic strokes per minute. It provides the deepest clean and the brightest whites. Min is the standard setting, equivalent to other leading brushes on the market. Med is called our whitening mode and sensitive is extra gentle. Massage is a special feature offering pulsing vibrations to gently massage your gums. We recommend you start with Min and work your way up to our 48K BOOST setting, using massage for pleasure and Sensitive for sensitivity.
